“We’re delighted that the 31st West Berkshire Classic Vehicle Show raised £15,310 for Blood Cancer UK in August. This amount alone could fund a years’ worth of experiments in a lab to allow researchers to understand more about how to treat certain blood cancers. Without long lasting support like this we would be unable to fund research into blood cancer, the UK’s third biggest cancer killer and support those affected by the condition.
Since 1960, Blood Cancer UK has invested over £500 million in blood cancer research, transforming treatments and saving lives. The West Berkshire Classic vehicle show has helped to raise more than £220,000 of that over the last 31 years of supporting Blood Cancer UK. Thank you!”
